Underrated as time passes. He ran the offense really well, despite the handcuffs of Mooch's conservative approach at times.
The 2002 wild card game vs the Giants (which was 14 years ago today) always comes to mind. They opened up the offense and he had the game of his life.

Not elite but a solid second tier player, I think if 2000-02 Garcia was on the 2011-2013 49er team a 6th trophy would have been had. He was definitely better than anyone who followed him.
