Very underrated. Tough, savvy, accurate and hyper-competitive. One of the top five or six QB's in the Niners' 62 year history.

It is no embarrassment to be following closely along behind that crew. I can't see anyone else getting any serious consideration.

Well, I said top five or six, so if it's six he can still be slotted in behind Albert which is where I'd put him. The order I would have would be Montana, Young, Tittle, Brodie, Albert, and then it's a tossup so I'll say Garcia/Smith. But, my prediction is that Kaepernick eventually edges himself in near the top of that list. I'd like to think he could eventually occupy the slot below Montana and above Young.
