Tough for me to put Boldin in HOF with Isaac Bruce not in. I think Isaac is the key though, because like Boldin, wasn't an elite player. Both had very long consistent careers. If Bruce gets in, so does Boldin.

He lit the Packers up that game. I think he had over 200 yards receiving.

Boldin might make HOF someday, but not anytime soon.
As far as Bruce being ahead of Boldin.
TO, Moss and Holt are the guys most deserving right now IMO.
Then there are 3-4 old timers that deserve to be in that have waited a long time.
Then there is Larry Fitzgerald and Andre Johnson who should be HOF soon after retiring.
Boldin, Bruce, Jimmy Smith, Reggie Wayne and Hines Ward I'd put in the same category of guys that will probably make it after a long wait. Add Steve Smith to this group too.
Top 3 WRs by decade:
70's - Joiner, Taylor, Biletnikoff
80's - Largent, Lofton, Monk
90's - Rice, Irving, Carter
00's - Moss, TO, Holt
10s - Brown, Julio, Green (Megatron would be here if he didn't retire)

There are people talking about Boldin getting in the HALL OF FAME? Oh, lord.
Kids, Boldin doesn't stand any chance whatsoever of getting into the HOF. You literally have a better chance of winning the lottery than he does of ever making the Hall of Fame.
He made only 3 Pro Bowls in his 14 year career, and only once posted double digit touchdowns. He only topped 1100 receiving yards 4 times in his career. What's next, are Derrick Mason, Joey Galloway, and Muhsin Muhammad Hall of Famers?
Boldin was solid for a good length of time. He's nowhere near HOF caliber. There are actual elites from their positions during the time they played - such as Steve At**ter - who are still not in the HOF, and you think a wide receiver - a position where HOF voters are hesitant to put the player in - who was never anywhere near the top 5 at his position during his career, is going to be going to the HOF?
Picture this...Anquan Boldin, HOF finalist. 6 guys selected among those finalists to be inducted...ANQUAN BOLDIN is selected, inducted into the Hall of Fame. I mean, are you freak'n kidding me?
I realize there are probably a lot of kids on here and you don't understand how Canton works, but trust me: This discussion is utterly ridiculous.
In the NFL Hall of Fame, you have to be considered GREAT to get into the Hall of Fame. The reason a Gale Sayers, a Terrell Davis, a Kurt Warner get into the Hall of Fame, while an Ottis Anderson, a Drew Bledsoe, and a Vinny Testaverde are not in and will never even sniff it, is the former were considered dominant/great players at their position, if only for a short while. The latter were stat compilers who weren't considered greats of the game.
The HOF does not induct many stat compilers, and Boldin didn't compile enough to sniff it. He'll never even make it to the semi-final stage.
Isaac Bruce is a borderline candidate, and will probably get in because he was on the Rams' GSOT teams. He also posted a couple big years well before those years. But it's going to be an Andre Reed-type wait for him, and he outperformed Anquan Boldin in every way.
