Did Mike Tomlin intentionally force Jacoby Jones to change direction on kick return?

make him sit a game... that kind of cheating doesn't belong...
Simply put in a rule that the Coach has to stand behind the outer sideline, not on the white or near the inner sideline.

In Europe, we have a so called coach´s box, the coach and anyone form the bench players are not allowed to exit that box while the game is played, if they repeadetly do the get a yellow card and a fine.

In the NFL where even the colour of your underwear is regulated it wonders me that nothing like that has been put in place.
6 figure fine and loss of a draft pick if found guilty .............I don't think that will happen.

It's already a rule, you can't stand in the white painted area. One coach was penalized for it this year after a ref bumped into him

But what draft pick though? I think 100 K is about right. Maybe 3rd round compensatory? Lose that? I don't think it's enough if it's like a 7th rounder. 1st or 2nd rounder is way too much IMO. 3rd round would have enough bite to get the message out to teams not to do this.

yeah nfl.com is expecting a late round pick 4th or later, if anything.

The Steelers potentially could lose a late-round draft pick or see their picks somehow moved down in the draft. It would be a surprise if a high pick was taken away; the Steelers do not have a third-round pick because it was traded to the Cleveland Browns last April.

4th seems to high IMO, i'm guessing it will be a 5th or 6th if the league does decide to drop the hammer.
Overboard.

I want to know what repercussions the ref got for not throwing the flag?
In the first picture, it looks like Tomlin takes a step towards the field before jumping out of the way (i.e. highly deliberate). In the second angle -- the one from above the field -- it looks a lot more accidental and innocent.

I think it was a mistake, but he should still be fined for being so close.
It's a Steeler thing...

"The Pittsburgh Steelers will in fact end up losing a late-round draft pick for coach Mike Tomlin's actions on the sidelines Thanksgiving
night, according to league sources. The NFL is not finalizing that decision until the spring, after all compensatory picks are sent".

Have basically said a pick is going to be lost, the round will be determined upon seeding and tie break. If it is determined that the Ravens will be seeded lower for having not scored a TD on that play the higher the round that will be forfeited.
