I don't think it's that, they want to stash him away for the season...kid isn't injured to the pt of being put on IR.

Doesn't make sense because doesn't it say he'll become a free agent?

Hopefully he doesn't end up in New Orleans. Dealing with Thomas and Kamara is already a handful.

If the Patriots couldn't make it work, I'm not really sure there is good reason to believe that he will work out anywhere else.

People thought that they were adding an additional receiver in Sanu when it appears that they made the decision to simply replace Gordon.

They need WRs right now. There is no point to stashing him if he's healthy enough to sign elsewhere. This is a way of cutting him while leaving him a little severance package in the form of an injury settlement.

I have no idea what his contract is to be honest...all the suspensions and he was a UDFA.

Sounds like he's shocked that they're doing it. Sanu takes his place I guess. Must be about cash, not like he was making much
Sign him. Low risk, potentially high reward.
Nope it's obvious something else is going on, just waiting for it to come out.

New Orleans is relying on a 34 year old Ted Ginn Jr as their second WR. I think they might try to make it work with Gordon.
Apparently he'll go on waivers.

Zero chance he makes it to us if that's true.

Aren't we second on the waiver wire order? Only the Cardinals in in front of us.

Not anymore. We're near the end now I believe.

Is that how it works? I thought that was fantasy football
