is it opposite day?
He's real popular - his picture is in every post office.
Don't the ravens still own his rights?

LOL @ this whole post.

McClain was absolutely awful in Oakland. While I'm willing to admit a better team and better talent around him would surely make him look better, there's absolutely nothing about the guy's NFL resume that would make anyone think his ceiling is at Bowman's level.

On top of that, the LBs playing next to BOWMAN (not Willis) have been the ones looking better than they are (Wilhoite, Grant). We have yet to see whether Willis can make the guy next to him look good the way Bowman did.

This bowman blow off ish is getting tired

"I was feeling like Aaron Hernandez or something," McClain said, "like I just wanted to kill somebody."
No thanks.
I don't see why not. There is no risk and he is young...

Could he be an option for us? He's going to come cheap, and we wouldn't have anything binding with him just like we did with Nnamdi. If we can get his head on straight, he could be a solid player until Bo is back

No. If you are playing Rolando McClain, you will need another player to finish his tackles on every play. He's kind of like those low level bad guys in the Nintendo game Kung Fu. They have to hold you for ages until someone throws a knife at you.

I'm not trying to blow off Bo I'm just saying McLain might b worth bringing in. In ceing I just meant physically. And I'm just think playing next to Pwillie would be the best thing personally and professionally. Bo became Bo because of Willis. Why couldn't it be done again with another troubled player( that being the only reason Bo dropped to the third)
no
There wouldn't be a " better" situation for him to go to. Learning from the best of the best in a great locker room. Dout it will happen but seems low risk. You would think it would be his first choice and he fits in perfect with the rest of our rejected FA class.

Yes they do and they'll hold on to them as long as Daryl Smith is in limbo and especially if Smith leaves.

Too many castoffs and busts on the team, and suddenly a solid team starts to sink. Add little pieces like Glenn Dorsey each year, and they magically become different players. Happened to Donte Whitner, Carlos Rogers, Alex Boone and a few others. Maybe a couple players in one off-season max. We still have to coach up Lawrence Okoye. The great part about all this is last year's draft will become relevant in about 4 months when Marcus Lattimore, Tank Carradine and Quintin Dial show up to camp at 100% or close to it. It could make Baalke look like a genius if everything works out...we'll be loaded with 1st round talent from top to bottom.
You guys are frustrating lol.

You are acting like I'm suggesting signing him to 100mil contract lol

If we signed him on a no guarantee deal to kick the tires in the off season and he turns out to be a knucklehead, we cut him with no lost

Best case scenario he turns it around under strong veteran leadership and tutelage and is a solid depth player for cheap

What's to lose?

What is "blow off ish?" Like, people aren't giving Bowman the credit he deserves?
