It was a good move to acquire a quality, versatile defensive back with a mean streak, I wouldn't consider it a reach either, what Philly did was a lot more of a reach IMO.

We can still trade up for Lee if we want him.. plus there are still 6 more rounds filled with talented players so we'll be okay.

Watching highlights of him, he reminds me a lot of Justin Gilbert. Just smaller and playing at a smaller school.
