I feel sorry for Hyde really. He was clearly all in on JG and I think he genuinely believed the superbowl chances over the next few years. Now he has to waste away what little time he has left in Cleveland.

I think part of the reason he's still there is there's really no point in hiring a new coach when you are that far in the hole. They're far from back to respectable. Let Hue lead them for a year or 2 more and then bring in a guy to take them to the next level.
