Carlos Hyde is good. Still is. Wish I had him on my fantasy team.

they did not have to send away a productive rb just because they have chubb. jaguars will benefit from this one until fournette is back, and then have better insurance for him
Chubb has a higher ceiling and Hyde is due for an injury.

The Niners Wire story conclusion on Hyde's trade made me spit up my jelly beans.
"Hyde did a nice job while he was in red and gold, but it looks like they cut him loose just in time."
Uh, no, they did not cut him loose "just in time." The moment the 49ers wasted a draft pick on the guy turned out to be the biggest mistake.

Good move by the jags. If the jags offense starts to step it up- and control the ball- it could help the D get back to where it was last year.
Hope it works out for carlos.

Jags have been the most inconsistent team this year. They beat the Patriots but then lost 70-21 combined to the Chiefs and Cowgirls.

Wow. Looking forward to seeing Hyde in Jax. Good spot. He can be a backup that can carry the load if necessary. Just needs a year of good health.

He is not and no you don't. I traded him last week knowing he does not get consistent gains. He pauses too much and does not explode through a hole. Hyde is going to be horrible with JAX because Hyde is a read/option type of back as he was in OH. Dude sucks at following a FB. He must have it spread out in order to have average level of success. He has all the measurables but does not have the vision/explosion/speed required.

Why? Because he brought us so many wins? Multiple playoff appearances? Multiple rings?
Uh, no.
Remember, I'm spoiled. I saw each one of those 49er Championship teams.

Bortles has gone back to being Bortles. Makes it too easy to defend the run game. I hope he does well. Jags certainly got a good value deal.
