As has been posted before, people with off the field issues are Culliver/Smith.
Lynch isn't even on the same planet in terms of off the field issues as those two.
I think this guy might be the highlight of this draft.
Aldon and Cully didn't start getting into trouble until after they were drafted.

Given it all took place in the south... We can only speculate and have a 50 percent chance of being correct, regardless of the offense...... within reason of course.

He didn't do anything. Usf strength and conditioning coach tweeted he couldn't believe the niners drafted him saying something to the effect an organization with 5 titles should have higher draft standards. That S&C had been suspended by the school.

Not real promising. USF Strength & Conditioning Coach questions 49er's selection of Lynch and gets punished as a result. You'd think this guy has some decent insights on Lynch.
Hope he's wrong.
Strength coach just sounds like an ass with a personal beef. Now that he's going to be looking for new employment.
or maybe the Lynch dude is that much of an a*****e.
Think about it. The bitter strength and conditioning coach is the one who was mean-spirited enough to try to sour the moment for a kid who finally had his dream come true of being drafted into the NFL. Lynch doesn't have a rap sheet. All they've ever said about him was that he had motivational issues and didn't go full speed all the time. Lynch lost a bunch of weight while he was at South Florida. The S&C coach probably couldn't get him to work out - probably had a bad relationship with him and couldn't control him. On the other hand, one of Harbaugh's best friends tells Harbaugh that Lynch is a good kid and just needs direction and players and coaches to look up to. Not only that, but the S&C coach's superiors have immediately suspended that coach. I think it's pretty clear who the biggest a-hole is in this situation.

We don't know, but we know what he didn't do - he wasn't arrested for anything, he's not accused of any violence or theft, he has no rap sheet. I think this is a case of somebody not showing up for practices, not giving 100% all the time, not giving certain coaches the respect they think they deserve and generally having a bad attitude about working and playing.

So basically the kid has no ambition, no drive, no respect etc. So if he didn't get drafted, he ends up on food stamps and/or in jail. Hopefully 49ers staff can get this kid to like football and want to come to work to get better. If not, he will be released and i would bet commit some crime sooner rather than later.

He's not a thug. He's never been in trouble with the law. Just immature. We're talking about a 21 year old kid. He left ND because he was home-sick. He missed his mom lol.
There is some growing up to do, for sure. But he's not a bad guy. Just needs to get his head straight and focus on being the best player he can be. He's in a perfect spot here. Winning team with strong leadership in place to guide him. It's worth a shot because he could be monster pass rusher.
