Unless the refs actually call anything, I'll be shocked if GB wins.

Threads like this make me want to come here and troll immediately after the game tomorrow, if we win. One hilarious scenario for week 1, Seahawks beat GB, and Niners lose to Cowboys. You think Hawk fans are bad now, you can imagine the flood of Cowboy fans making their way in here after a win like that.

I've been pushing for the niners to run a no huddle while playing seattle, looks like the pack are ready to actually do it. They have their oline back, lacey has another year on his back, and they got j peppers.

lol you guys are acting like I threw up attacks first. This is an entire thread talking about the demise of the Seahawks in week 1. I'll let both teams do their talking on thanksgiving.

We know GB doesn't match up well with SEA, SF, or any team that can play smashmouth football and has a pass-rush.
GB always has a shot with Rodgers, he's that good, but SEA is the better football team. I expect SEA to win.

Maybe on the road they'll throw flags but not at C-Link.

Being its week 1, I'm dropping expectations. Just never know with any game especially in week 1.

GB has been obliterated by the NFCW for a few years now..
Seattle with a SB hangover and new defensive holding rules..
Tomorrow could definitely be an upset.
You mentioned the new defensive holding rules. Guess how many times the Seahawks DB's were called for holding in the preseason? ZERO............Can you believe it?
Speaks to good coaching. I believe Seahawks DBs were also coached to do what they did in the past. If the refs let you do it, it is legal. This year it is no longer legal so they don't do it. I am not a Carroll fan but he has a good staff that has put together a good team.

I'm not confident in the Pack.
They are WAY too predictable. They almost never surprise anyone.
They have an excellent QB and a pretty good D - man, I really hhope they do some damage to the Hawks.

Everyone knows that. What's changed? I can see how the Packers not having their starting nose tackle could make a difference. On the other hand, the Packers should have a better running game this time and they've still got Aaron Rodgers.
What has changed since the last game which was 4 weeks after RW was named the starter? RW isn't a rookie, Avril, Bennett, Harvin, secondary is better now than then(Shermanz 1st season as a starter).

I am sure glad we are not opening our season playing them. Who? Why both, of course.
