I think he stinks in the red zone, but yesterdays loss was due to the refs calling penalties like it was a flag football game, and Kap making bad choices with the ball.

Yes 40 wins in 3seasons with the most talented team in all of football with zero Super Bowl victories. Roman is subpar as an OC, or shall I say what he really is the coach for exclusively run plays
Not making excuses for Roman but the players didn't execute and gave it away with penalties & poor ball security.
Harbaugh needs the heat for the penalties. If he can't see there is a problem then we won't win.
Kap needs to take care of the ball. First & foremost! Also he audibles all the time so it can't be that Roman is holding a gun to his head. He needs to read the field better presnap if he's going to make those adjustments at the line.
