some of the guys here were starting to convince me he would be retained in some capacity. i feel better now about losing vrabel for some odd reason. i still have to think there has to be someone out there we have not reached out to yet for dc???

and for sure after the browns game when he let johnny boozer and some bonnet monkey running back light us up.. what was worse were the people trying to make excuses for him. people wanted house cleaning then balked at it when we actually started to clean house

I just wonder how legit this firing is? Is it normal to be interviewing DC candidates and even make an offer to one (Vrable) while Mangini is still on the team? I can only assume he felt very disrespected and probably asked to be released. Its like actively searching for a wife while you're already married. Who would go for that?

your attempt at making mangini to be a victim is amusing

What about the SEA game when he didn't know who their starting RB was?

was that the first seattle game when jt decided not to practice in the week leading up to the game? . my god how did we survive last year?
Although the defense didn't show up on the road, I thought he did an okay job.would've liked to seen him have another year....still can't believe they let Vic Fangio go.

How we even won 5 games is a miracle.
Bye Mangini. Your scheme was a bad fit, maybe it will be a good fit with another team.
So nice to see this thread out of ninertalk
Finally we did fired to Mangini. Thank you Kelly..
I will remember him letting teams eat us up down the middle.

Agreed
Glad to see Mangini gone.
Well, 50/50 for the pole for or against the hire. I guess he didn't leave much of an impact either way. Glad he's gone tho. But not sure why...
