With McCourty gone, best safety on the FA market and a thin draft class. D*ck move by the Bucs with the timing, cost The Hawk big bucks but I still think he will command decent money.

Strictly as a backup and then Id hope he never has to see the field. We get screwed by penalties enough as it is.

I would rather have L.J. McCray on the roster.
Goldson was HORRIBLE in TB. He was the most overrated S in football when he was here. He cant tackle, his coverage sucks, and he commits a million bonehead late hit penalties.

Coaching makes a huge difference. Bigger than most people think here. IMO it be great to have him back. We need leadership and swag that he brings. Also, hoping that the coaching is good enough to cover his weak spots. I doubt it though but we'll see.
