They'll have like $40 million to spend on like 20-25 players.

They are paying huge contracts to Cooks, Gurley, Goff, Donald, will be paying $13 million to Ramsey and will have to replace most of their OL, add edge rushers and LBs as well as re-sign/extend a bunch of players.

Even a bunch of their fans are confused by the move since OL was the biggest need by far.

the way I see it, the Rams saw that WE are a #1 WR away from dominating the WEST, and the risk of giving up two 1st rounders for him just solidify that they will have someone to cover THAT wideout.

I know this much, our HC just got a sudden headache on how to attack one side of the field ONLY because of Jalen.

LETS ALL KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED AND HOPE FOR THE BEST !!

How did that work out for a deeper Jacksonville defense with Ramsey two years ago?
Ramsey won't settle for anything less than being the highest paid corner in the game. That's 15mil a year to re-sign.

Rams will be paying around 107mil for their top 5 players next year in that case, Cooper Kupp's contract coming up the following year, no LT, no DE, an aging Matthews, Talib, Weedle propping up the D, still short at linebacker, and no draft capital to upgrade the squad cheaply until they can spend again.

Ramsey is good, but he can't play several positions. Rams are going to have to nail the picks they have to stay relevant.
Smells of desperation. Lol. Can he play on the oline?

I dont think gurley would be back unless he signs for a cheap deal
Huuuuuuuuge overpay
First off, the Rams got a great player.

But instead of getting that Oline together, either by trade or the draft, they trade for a corner. Essentially insuring our monsters will continue to eat the 110 million dollar man alive twice a year. I'll take it.

Right. How's he gonna help defend the NFLs #1 rushing attack? And for 2 firsts, no way.
Now that the instant shock of seeing the breaking news has worn off, I'm not worried at all. I can't wait to see Kittle bust him up.

Yeah but half the field is now a no fly zone. Still a win to get a guy like that.

He can only cover one guy. One. And poor Jared Goff. He has been cast as Apollo Creed to a 49ers Dline of Ivan Dragos.
Counter with Odell now lol
