They let 2 good (not great) DB's go so they could sign Ramsey. Unless you are really sure you are just one player away like we were when Walsh traded for Fred Dean it usually isn;t a good idea to weaken your team in one area in order to strengthen it in another. You can game plan around one guy fairly easily. If we just had Bosa and the rest of our line was just average they would double and triple him on every play. Now when they do that one of the other guys steps up and makes a big play. Can't block everyone.

Shhhh... Don't tell the Rams this. Let them maintain their seriously flawed logic

The Rams know now that you can find talent in the first round. They're ready to restock though the draft....in 2022.
Yea and this guy will be looking for 18 million a year.
Where did all the Rams fans go?

I just realized I will be 30 before the Rams have another first-rounder.
Remember a bunch of niners fans wanted us to give up 2 firsts for Ramsey too....

We got a half year rental for Sanders in exchange for what basically amounted to a 3rd rounder with the hopes of re-signing him.

The Rams got slightly more than a half year rental for Ramsey based on his word that he would re-sign for 2020 first-round pick, 2021 first-round pick, 2021 fourth-round pick.

I don't know...but if the Rams keep heading the direction they are going, I'd say we have a better chance of re-signing Sanders than they do Ramsey.
