AA was regarded as raw coming out of college. He was more of a 3-4 DE that 2 gapped. He didn't know how to rush the passer much.
The tools were all there though. He never really got to develop because of injuries. Yes having talent around you helps. You can also say the other guys benefit from AA just as much.
IMO I think he's finally has the right coaching and scheme. Without question he needs to be resigned.
