It matters bc of salary cap. Paying 3 DL top money is gonna hurt us elsewhere.

I agree with that if a long-term deal can't be reached this year

But I definitely believe he stays in one way or another.

I'll believe it when I see it. Buckner should be getting more than AA and the belief is we have to franchise him so $18 million is the floor

Baalke is not the GM in Jacksonville thus while he may push for certain players to be acquired, the decision is still ultimately in the hands of Caldwell.
