TBH i'm not thrilled by it.

With guys we definitely want to pay soon, paying armstead is only making that difficult.

Then in a few years Bosa is going to want a fat contract after we already need to pay Kittle and Buckner.

I like armstead, i just feel like the contract is going to be too much.

they should, dude coming off an ACL so he should be real cheap. I want them to add more pass rushers in the draft and hope they strike with a gem late

This is good news, this only means we probably lose one starter between Ward and Sanders. And that's not saying we cant get an upgrade in the draft or free Agency. Not to mention I think Moore would be a better play maker and upgrade on Ward even though Ward is a safer and more sound player. I'd rather have turnovers then get burned a few times a year.

Dude what do you think AA will be getting a 6 yr contract? By the time they actually have to pay Bosa AA will more than likely be done with his contract.

Also there's reports that once this new CBA gets done the 2021 cap is gonna blow up to like $240M

Yeah Kittle and DeFo, who counts $14.36M already, will get their deals this offseason, no rush to them.

We won't lose guys in the future if the cap does rise $40M a year like the report states.

i really think its risky giving AA fat contract after just 1 year of production. hes a great candidate for the tag to see if he can really do what he did this season. every seasons hes been hurt or unreliable up until when we actually are good and contend, then all the sudden he breaks out. idk thats real suspicious. too early to give him a big contract unless its super incentivized.
