When will the cba be "decided"?

With this new CBA we go up some in cap room and thus have more room and ability to sign him? Yes we should sign him or at least franchise tag him for 1 year.

I'd rather tag him and see how he plays this year. Just not comfortable handing him a huge contract, yet.

Midnight Eastern Time Sat. So, 4 days from right now, 96 hours. That's the voting deadline. I expect the announcement to be made anytime Sunday after it's all counted.

One year is fine. But they should keep him for sure. There is no reason not to do it one year.

I'm all for tagging him and making him prove it for one season.

Same. With our cap, we cant afford to give out a long term contract and mess it up. If this year was s fluke, thats gonna hurt us a lot. Franchise him, if he plays well again, then extend.

The only bad thing is if we tag him, he's going to take up all our cap space.

This
Just sign this guy to a long-term deal. The salary cap goes up every year and it looks like it's going to be rising tremendously in the next year or two. So this deal seems bad but it really won't be. Also we have players that are going to retire soon like Sherman or Staley not to mention Richburg and Alexander might be gone so that's going to be $50 million right there. I hope our front office sees this and I think they do.

we really can afford everyone and push back their contracts by restructuring them. I know it's seen as bad business but due to the reasons I said about the salary cap rising and older players moving on or retiring we will be perfectly fine. Sign Robbie Anderson please.
What would Belicheat or Coach Walsh do? Probably let him walk. He's a good player but that's one good year out of 5 with the addition of Bosa and Ford to help him out. I would probably franchise him unless it's a super team friendly deal or just him walk and let Blair, Moore, Thomas compete . If we wanna have a decade long run with a good team, we can't be afraid to make sacrifices and build up other draftees.

For everyone that wants him to play under the Franchise Tag this year you might as well kiss Sanders, Ward and any descent FA signings goodbye. 19 million against the cap will pretty much smash any other acquisitions
AA is at his agents office in LA per his Twitter. Possibly going over a contract offer.....
