I don't understand how this guy continues to get cited. He literally never breaks any news. Dude says stuff just vague enough that he can stand on top of it if it comes true or backtracks if it doesn't.

You could literally say this about every FA and then if they end up still hitting FA or get tagged, you're covered simply by saying they weren't able to meet a deal but will continue talks throughout the season.

they are intending to do what they want. but in reality anything can happen. If I was AA, or any player, who has a short career playing NFL football with a small window of opportunity, in these trying times (pandemic, stock market crashing), I want the money.
