Yes but two broken legs in two years. Huge red flags

I get your injury concerns with earl and maybe there is a younger very good safety out there in free agency but my point is. we spend a boatload on a guy who does not deserve it in many peoples opinion and then stay status quo in areas that are crying out for help. if we have the money to sign aa. then we sure as hell have the money to sign some upper tier guys who can come in and be a difference maker

Two different breaks, two different bones. Your bones come back just as strong as before a break. No reason to believe that he is anymore likely to suffer another break.

Yeah i hear ya, probably should just sign proven players rather than waste money on players like ward and aa.

Keeping this stiff at $9 million and ward at $8 million last year I've prettt lost faith in this front office. Im predicting jed will have to clean house after the season, but he probably won't because of ridiculous contracts he gave these unproven clowns.

You had faith to begin with Sus?

Im always positive but these moves have me questioning their abilities.

Gotcha

Good news is that this year's free agent class has a plethora of quality safties for Lynch to miss out on.
I wonder if we'll see Armstead at nose in base next season. They began using him at nose in their snickel package late in the season last year. It would be unorthodox but could work. It would allow Solly to go to big end.

you know you can not just waltz in here and take the job of ward and tart. those who thought they would get a chance to replace aa found that out

If it involves moving a player to a position they haven't played before, I'd say the coaches have definitely thought about it.

I thought of you instantly when I heard John's comments of AA playing NT. I really wonder what the plan will be for personnel usage going forward esp. if Kocurek gets some say in this.

Is that really him? Damn. Gonna give him a follow.

It seems to be, follows, tweets, retweets and likes seem to match his interests.

The downside of Ward?

It cost us $8M that could have been used in FA or rolled over, he was a headcase on the field, believing in him precluded the team from adding a veteran who could stay healthy and provide actual production on the field, he retarded development of younger players from real NFL snaps because he was first man up, he ended up NOT being a long term solution, he ended up on I.R. again depleting our depth even more late in the year, he was constantly in-out of the lineup, he gave you 388 snaps at that $8M...just little tiny stuff like that.

And this dumbass FO still has mutual interest in bringing him back too per MM?

Perfectly spoken
