RB Mike Davis

Looked pretty quick out there for a 217 pound guy. I'd say he lost weight though since he joined the team. Looks closer to 210ish-212 than 217

Was very impressed with him. We have a great stable of running backs! Perhaps it's the strength of the entire team.

I would love to see him against a few 1's in the next couple games as a heat check. Regardless, I came away very impressed with his cut back ability.

What no love for my boy Mike Davis? dude looked good out there. One thing is forsure we are in GREAT shape at the RB position no doubt about that.

Yeah, that cutback he made across the field was sweet!! He showed good vision and nice running ability. Gotta like the RB depth for sure.

I'm VERY confident in our running game.

These guys are good and Mike Davis looks like a player!

this guy looks every bit the part of a starting RB

Doubt he makes the roster. Practice squad, maybe.

You don't spend a 4th rd pick on a practice squad player. The dude is making the 53, or else some other team will scoop him up immediately. No way he makes it to the practice squad.

RB is deep this season, which is a good problem to have. Got nothing against the kid, I hope he makes it. Let's keep in mind that Baalke's previous busted picks had all the best intention, drafted higher, even. A TE or FB would probably be sacrificed to force Davis into the roster.

LMAO you're an idiot.

reggie bush will be cut before mike davis is. mike davis is the only other RB on the roster who is capable of a large workload if carlos hyde goes down.

If he ends up on the PS then Baalke needs to be slapped. Who the hell spends a 4th on a PS player? LMAO.

Trust me, he'll make the team. There is no way a 4th rd rookie who looks good gets cut. I know we're deep at RB, but we don't spend a 4th rd pick on a guy we don't plan on keeping. If he gets cut, he's gone. He'll never make it to the practice squad. A cut will be made elsewhere to keep him.

Hunter is the guy that needs to watch out. I'm a big fan of his, but he needs to get back healthy because Hayne is making quite the impression.

Grow up and state your opinions like an adult, towel boy. You won't last here otherwise.

He makes the 53. Hayne would be easier to sneak onto the PS. Hyde, Hunter, Bush, Davis with Miller at FB. Keep in mind they still have to make it through 3 more games all healthy. If Hayne makes it to the 53 it will be through special teams.

Yes, I agree Hunter is on the bubble. I wonder if he fully regains his form prior to injury. And Hayne is a lock because of his special teams versatility, IMO.

Hunter will make the 53. I'd expect them to hide Millard and try to stash him on the PS.
