Our OL was terrible. But I don't think this guy pans out. I didn't see one good run from him last year. Maybe cause my tv was already off?

He's a power guy, an inside runner, not very elusive. He needs some daylight to get going. For the inside zone Kelly runs he is a very good fit in terms of his skillset. North to south, one cut and go type.

Or you know Tomsula could just fall back on doing what he is good at and go be a DL coach on an NFL staff next year.
But with $15 mil guaranteed, dude has options like crazy. Even after taxes that is basically "f**k you" money that if you invest wisely and dont go too crazy trying to reach baller status would allow you to retire and live a pretty comfortable life. He is getting paid millions to NOT work right now.

Unless he just completely bombs I dont see him going anywhere. The 49ers are more invested in him than in Draughn, Harris or Hayne.

I don't see how he gets cut, 35 carries last year and a broken hand lol. What's the point in drafting prospects past the 1st round if people bail on players who haven't even had a chance to perform?

The minimal carries and s**t OL is valid...But I just didn't like what he did with the carries, OL notwithstanding . He looks slow to the hole and just overall looks uninspiring for a guy they spent a 4th rounder on. Hopefully he steps it up this year.
