Yes. It should and it has for Bibbs. He has now been on multiple teams. If he can't cut it in training camp he needs to go. Running backs deserve very little patience when it comes to actually running he ball.

Mostert will be next...with Hyde, Hightower, Williams, Bibbs, Harris & Juszykczk Davis was already a goner. Suffice it to say Lynch will likely avoid SC draft picks...they haven't turned out very well.
