Owens bothered the hell out of me. He deserves to be in though.

Just dont curr enough.
Maybe if he has some mature interviews and sounds gracious i might change my mind. No need for anotherinsane egotist in the hall.
Prove us wrong. Be the adult in the room to.

IMO, the thing that hurt him the most was his negative comments about various QBs he played with. He just always seemed to burn bridges with teams and teammates.
His on-field performance definitely justifies HOF. While others have off-field issues yet got in, his issues were about teammates and that is field-related. I think his most egregious comments were about McNabb ("I wasn't the one who got tired on the field.") and his allegations that Garcia was gay.

If Owens would have made the gay allegations against Garcia today it would not have had much impact. We are a much more open society now than we were in 2004. At that time, calling someone "gay" was still a major insult.

It couldn't be more wrong that Owens didn't get in let alone make the top 10. Ridiculous. He is ranked 2nd and 3rd in the two most important categories for WRs. Unlike Moss, he always brought his best every game regardless. Doesn't get the respect he deserves.

Guarantee you Moss doesn't get snubbed twice
