TO made his own bed of talking s**t. He was the best at talking s**t without talking s**t. When he's asked a gotcha question about a teammate, he always gets gotcha'd by his body language or by making a dumb comment such as, "I don't know, I wasn't the one who got tired." Or somehow indirectly pointing fingers.
TO's comments were always about covering his own ass first be it directly or indirectly. This is why someone who is passionate about TO can defend him because of TOs round about way of saying things without saying them.
When it came to talking about his teammates, he was never professional by keeping it out of the media. He is a finger pointer. I wonder if to this day he still thinks he should not have been suspended for running 50 yards to stand on the star twice. He probably still feels that wasn't his fault and points the finger at Mooch.
Just imagine if Sherman ran to the Niners logo twice...what kind of character would you think he has?
Owens wasn't pointing the finger at anybody except the media. Read the actual question and answer. He was asked about the criticism he had received for trying to play in the game after the broken leg, with some saying he would hurt the team with his lack of physical conditioning. He was pointing the irony of how after all that, the story after the game was about the other star player getting tired (according to Hank Fraley, Freddie Mitchell, and Jon Runyan).
Owens doesn't have a roundabout way of saying anything. The media had to resort to trying to read things into comments that simply weren't there because Owens never actually said anything they wanted him to.
Owens has never pointed a finger at a teammate in his career.
As for the star celebration: He cleared that with WRs coach George Stewart before the game. Mariucci is a piece of s**t. Are you forgetting that Walsh also hated Mariucci?
What Sherman said after the NFCC game about Crabtree was far more annoying than running to the center of the stadium.
Ken Norton Jr punched the Rams' goal posts after touchdowns in 1995. Jerry Rice punched the Saints' logo after a touchdown in 1989.
Lol, drawing attention about something negative about your teammate is a dick move. He didn't need to highlight McNabb. He's a coward who indirectly throws teammates under the bus so that his coward nature can, once again, blame someone else for words that came out of his mouth.
As for running to the star, one time is fun and I am sure it was approved and then it was obvious DAL didn't like it when Smith went to the star on his TD. Great gamesmanship by both, but as we all know, that wasn't enough for Mr. Look At Me. He went and did it again even when his own team was trying to high five him. But what does Mr. Look at Me do, he ifnores the team and over does it as if he is the one who got offended because Emmitt Smith did it.
He is a knucklehead selfish POS who throws others under the bus and rarely holds himself accountable.
Good one using Walsh not liking Mooch to defend a third persons reason for being a dick. Let me see, it's okay TO talked s**t about Mooch because Walsh doesn't like Mooch either. Lol. Right there, your argument sounds dilusional just like TO us when he fingerpoints.
Good day and good bye. TO for POSGOAT.
