We had several drop picks this season. I recall Brock have one or two. Didn't he drop the one that would have ended the Giants comeback?
Eli "threw it right to him."

"Peters finished the season with eight interceptions, 280 interception return yards and two touchdowns. He broke up 26 passes, forced a fumble and logged 50 tackles -- an incredible display of versatility.
Peters led voting by a significant margin with 45. The next highest player was Buffalo's Ronald Darby (4 votes) and Jets defensive end Leonard Williams (1). Still, the world shouldn't be sleeping on Darby, either"

You think he would have played that well in SF with zero pass rush, no offense to keep them off the field, and zero DL? OH and we wouldn't have Sean Smith opposite of him either (who IMO had a better year).
Y'all can b***h about not taking him but our defense wasn't even close to KC as a whole and we needed a 3-4 DE because we had zero in place after losing smith and R Mac vs having 4 very young CBs with one year or less under their belts.

Probably one of the best seasons by a rookie CB of all time. Thanks a lot baalks for taking a big stiff that can't beat out a TJE.

Maybe not as great, but probably better then the production we got outta our pick.
We'll never know what would of happened here, but what we do know is Peters just won DROY and we had a shot to grab em.

Kinda hard to judge a player off of 380 snaps which IMO is the coaches fault for not playing him more...when he did play I thought he was one of our best DL and PFF can back that up.
I liked peters coming into the draft but I don't think CB was a top priority over 3-4 DE.

You didn't have access to the 49ers draft board and Peters wasn't even the 1st corner drafted.
