Wade Phillips appears to be done as Rams DC. Contract is up and he is not likely to return. Here is to them hiring defensive mastermind Jim O'Neil as their next DC!

And they don't have a pick until the 2nd round?
If the Rams even reach 10 wins next season I'll be very impressed. Right now it looks like their window is rapidly closing.

I hate to see it, but Gurley looks like he's lost a lot of explosiveness.
They need to fix the OL, I don't know if they have the resources to do it.
As far as DC goes, that is potentially an attractive opening with the players they have.

It's being reported that McVay took more of an active role in defensive game planning and the Rams implemented some of the concepts that NE used in the SB against them because they were so good. Something to watch.

Given what happened in Washington, why would they bring him on in L.A.?
That doesn't make sense. Unless the idea is to get worse faster.
