McVay made the playoffs with Goff 3 times......3 freaking times!!!!!

Also McVay knows exactly what he wants and he is super agressive to get what he wants and his decisions are always 1 year ahead of Shanahan.

I love the Niners bu come on guys, McVay is the better coach and now with Von I don´t see a team beating those f**kers in january/february.

Also why do you think that the Rams are always healthy?......hint: it´s not luck.

Oh and we aren´t beating them with Stafford. I´m sorry.

Hahahaha guys actually saying McVay is the better coach just bc he has had a healthy team and their best players are NEVER INJURED! I love people who argue without context.

Shanahan would have a way better record if he was coach of the Rams not to mention a SB title. Pathetic McVay could only score 3 points against the Patriots D. Plus like I said before, Shanahan whips McVay with backups and practice squad players.

If you're saying Goff was this terrible qb with Woods Kupp and a excellent top supporting cast you must be joking. Also, it's a fact the Rams have been one of the least injured teams in the NFL. How is that not luck? Let me guess, McVay coaches them not to get injured

You can't even compare The Rams to us. It's not fair. They have a legitimate coach and a GM who actually improves the team. Before the season I remember getting so much flack for saying McVay was a lot better than Kyle. Funny.

And yet McVay can't beat Kyle lol.

McVay given Mullens/CJ for almost half his starts wouldn't be any better. They're both quality HCs. LA has a better GM and they're not afraid to make moves. They don't value draft picks and their owner wants splash moves. He wants stars in LA, not rookies who need time to develop.

How the hell can they get Von Miller? Unbelievable.

Draft picks for half a season where denver pays his contract.

Had SF made the move fans would be in an uproar, the Rams have no chance of paying him this offseason unless they unload a bunch of other assets.

Plus Von Miller isnt the same player as the SB Von. When was the last time you heard him take over a game. And in Denver defense hasnt really been the problem, especially their line.

At least the Rams GM is doing things to improve their team.

BY THE WAY GILLMORE got an int in his first game back. I wanted to trade for him. Where are all the people that were saying it would be a bad trade

yeah he also thought Goff was a good pick 1st overall bud.

Was this always allowed? I was under the impression that this wasn't a thing at all in the NFL, but was definitely a thing in MLB and the NBA.

Im not AB but I would assume it has to do with guarantees. For this year most of his salary was guaranteed as of the start of the league year so even in a trade whichever team has him at the start has to take on that salary. Probably why it was also a third and not a 5th/6th future pick as the second pick. Bronco's are paying an extra 6-7m for a 3rd rounder compared to late round or future picks.
Not sure I'd say McVay is a better coach but playing to win now has got him better results than Shanny on a year by year basis. Whether that sticks 3 years from now we'll see.

W/L record. Winning is all that matters. McVay wins. Kyle doesn't. McVay consistently makes the playoffs. Kyle doesn't. He's a superior coach, game manager and roster manager.

And the award for the most short sighted post with absolutely ZERO context goes to......

McVay hasn't had his elite players injured like Shanny has, has inherited a way better roster than Shanny and scored a WHOPPING 3 whole points in the SB.....

One more thing, Shanahan whips McVays ass with backups and practice squad players. He Shanahan's b***h, but yeah the "superior" coach

It helped that he inherited an underperforming, talented team that was needing a HC to set them right to win immediately. McVay basically came into a situation similar to Harbaugh did with SF in 2011.

We're 5 years in now. All of that is out the window. Shanny has all of his guys in, McVay's team is largely his own. The Rams are just more aggressive in getting vets that can help them win now.
We've been saying how cap room and lack of draft picks will catch up with them. Still waiting on that. And lynch over here doing his "due diligence"

2 first round picks definitely worth a proven impact changing vet. I wish we had Stafford and Ramsey rn.

So very true. Every year a player underperforms, gets injured or a younger player is almost as effective and that allows the team to cut them and usually frees up money. The salary cap goes up as well.

Take for example Floyd on the Rams. The pass rushing LB they paid a lot of money for. Well here we are saying the Rams can't afford Von Miller next year???? Well there you go.
Lol at these McVay stans.

go be a Rams fan so you can freely root for the dweeb

IMHO the league has a lot of beatable teams.

Rams ,Cowboys,Ravens,Packers can play lights out one week, and stink it up the next.
