Will make it even sweeter when the Rams still don't win the Super Bowl

All you got to do is pressure Stafford and he will fold like he always did on the Lions, with great wrs too.

Rather see Brady get his 8th than the Rams win it all

Yeah that would be ideal and they could easily do it if they get healthy but the Rams have only won one Super Bowl. That's pathetic

Of course OBJ going to LA

Can't help but admire McVay's killer instinct.

Maybe, good luck with that 5-10% target share OBJ will be getting. Third best WR on that team, be seeing he really is a good teammate. Doubt it

I love when teams take unconventional approaches. The Rams look like they're putting a team together with Madden. How can you not be entertained by this?

Remember a couple years ago when the Cards had the #1 overall pick, and there was "no way they'd take Murray, they just took Rosen a year ago"? Who f**king cares about conventional wisdom. Go bold.

Everyone talks about "mortgaging the future". Who f**king cares about the future. Look at how quickly some of these windows can close. The Baalke-era Niners crumbled overnight, and they did things the "right" way. We went from being 8 minutes away from a SB to not being competitive since.
Rams got just as embarrassed as we did last week. I am not ready to anoint them some special team destined for the SB because they traded for a less than great Von Miller and signed OBJ. Same old sorry a** rams in my book

I don't particularly like OBJ, but at least this isn't Josh Gordon, where people are drooling about production from a decade ago. He's gonna go to the Rams and have a great QB, he's gonna have great WR alongside him (Kupp is arguably the best WR in football this year, Woods is one of the most underrated WR in football), he's got some of the best offensive schemers in the game to get him open. The Rams are ridiculous. Then you have Donald+Miller rushing the passer together? Come on. How can you not be entertained by this?

Remember when people around here argued the Rams were mortgaging their future when they traded their 2018 1st, 2018 2nd, 2018 5th, 2018 6th, 2019 2nd and 2019 3rd for: Bradon Cooks, Dante Fowler, Aqib Talib, Sammy Watkins and Marcus Peters.

All those dudes are gone AND the Rams reloaded their roster to be better than before. Meanwhile, the 49ers have wasted more picks than they've hit by large margin.

100% and 49ers still mired in mediocrity (well sometimes they reach that level.)
Rams going all in right now.

I know right? A lot of the general managers in the NFL need to take note of this
Dang- The Rams gonna Rams. Hey why not. Go for it.. They know how to play the picks and cap flawlessly.

Can we put Trey in soon to capitalize on growth? Maybe the ass whooping that may be coming will be enough. Really no hard feelings though. Let's just get ready for the future instead of worrying if Jimmy gonna have a good game each week.

After what happened to SF in 2015 and possibly what we are seeing now as well, never a bad idea to trade for established ballers.

Very doubtful the Rams woulda let go of Buckner, even with Aaron Donald by his side.

I want to see aggression in the 49er front office. Trey Lance, ok cool.

Keep it going.

I concur JT. Watching the Cards and Rams make moves while we sit and expect to be better (or not injured) was all good but we never are healthy enough to compete. Well I take that back, the last 4 games we owned the Rams with backups and even the Cards last year. This year we won't and going forward we better make MAJOR moves in FA bc the draft ain't cutting it. Especially without a 1st and 3rd next year.

What's crazy is how Les Snead was perceived before he hired Sean McVay. A lot of people viewed him as one of the worst GMs in the league from 2012 to 2017. Before hiring Sean McVay, the Rams hadn't qualified for the playoffs or hell, won more than 7 games in a season.

It's amazing what hiring the right head coach and making a bunch of ballsy trades will do you one's image.
