Congrats on being handed the SB, Ram$. Very impressive CashApp transfer at the last minute to these clown ass ref$. The game was ruined by a fake ticky-tack penalty. Not surprisingly, a soft pampered LA team is the beneficiary. What an all-time travesty

Moments later a touchdown was called back, and the only reason the Bengals were up at all was because of a blatant facemask on the touchdown pass. You sound like someone mad because you were proven wrong.

Proven wrong? I said when the Rams were stacking talent all season if they didn't win it all it would be a colossal failure. Try again bud. Enjoy the parade

Did JJ Watt play 3-tech quite a bit? If so, JJ Watt is better hands down. Way better against the run and can get to the qb just as easy WITH way more batted balls.
Either way as a defensive tackle, JJ Watt is the best ever imo

You guys who claimed Stafford was a "loser" and no better or even worse than Jimmy were definitely proven wrong. Stafford had 41 TDs; his INT% is about the same as Jimmy's career as a 49er, but his TD% was 6.8, SIGNIFICANTLY better than Jimmy; and along the way he won the Super Bowl — with his third string TE and 4th and 5th string WRs opposite Kupp, and while the team averaged less than two yards per carry — as we said he would if we would have traded for him.
At ever turn you guys were proven wrong. Like when Shanahan DIRECTLY said he tried and failed to land Stafford, because you couldn't comprehend an expert at NFL offenses not being content with Jimmy. First you claimed he never spoke to anyone affiliated with Stafford or the Rams, including his agent, and then Shanahan explicitly says he spoke to Stafford's agent. Honestly being so right hurts.
Jimmy is not on his level. Jimmy never has been on his level. Jimmy never will be on his level. If the QBs were swapped, we would be the Super Bowl champions. ALL of you know it, too. It's over. You guys lost the argument. The evidence has shunned you guys.
.
.
.
Fortunately, we got a new QB who may end up better than Stafford has ever been. Prescott too, and all the other QBs we all say are better than Jimmy which you guys deny.
Unfortunately, you guys are such Jimmy homers that you can't even enjoy the fact that we have an uber talented you QB, and at every turn are setting yourselves up to be proven wrong again, claiming Trey will be a bust. But the only reason most are doing that is because how salty you are about Jimmy. Either way, in a couple years Trey will blossom into a great QB, and the few Jimmy stans who remain will seethe.
The future is bright.

Definitely NOT a Hall of Famer. That's ludicrous. But he's miles better than Jittery Jimmy.

nothing but paragraphs of drivel and lies as usual. I never called Stafford "a loser", maybe slightly overrated even back in Georgia and injury concerns, but he's always been good(no s**t) even if he's not some Brett Favre QB you like to claim he is. What did Stafford really prove this year? That a good QB can win a super bowl when you surround him with the best roster money can buy? Sure I'm salty, but only because I don't or ever will have a high opinion of the Rams. It's pretty sad that you and others seem to get joy from seeing a hated rival win a super bowl just so you can have your "ha ha told you so" moment for Matt Stafford to fans who support their starting QB, and don't get me started on the "fans" who claim McVay> Shanahan back from 2018.

Just saw a headline in the news feed declaring that the Rams Super Bowl win had earned them the top spot in the NFL.com Power Rankings. That is really a testament to the reality of the league this year. Rams are in no way, shape, or form the best team in the NFL. We beat them twice and probably would have beaten them a third time if Tartt holds on to that pick. We beat the Bengals as well. I watched the highlights of the game and I wasn't convinced I was watching to the two best teams in the league battling it out for bragging rights. They were the two that survived a kind of topsy turvey season. It could have just as easily been us against the Bengals or the Chiefs and Packers or just about any other combination of the final playoff teams. That's the thing that makes the NFL's one and done format so interesting, and maddening, There are no second chances. You have to bring your "A" game every night. Props to them for getting the win but as long as we are healthy next year and can improve in a few spots I imagine we will go back to kicking their asses on a regular basis. Go Niners!

Disgusting we have to listen to this crap for a whole offseason.
Anyone mad about hearing about Stafford can blame the drunk people who said Stafford was no better than Goff and worse than Jimmy because he's a "loser" and Jimmy's a "winner." Meanwhile the VERY FIRST SEASON he leaves Detroit he gets a ring.
Funny they believe Montana when he said Trey isn't ready, but didn't believe Steve Young when he said Stafford on a good team will be a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
Look at the team he's on. Give me a break. He's on a Super team. They were in the Super Bowl 2 years ago with Goff.
Lol another one. Swap our QB with theirs and we have ring six. That's a FACT, and even you know it deep down.
Cooper Kupp literally won the MVP. It wasn't a QB. Highly unusual. He has Aaron Donald, Jaylen Ramsey and Von Miller on that team. He was along for the ride.
Kupp won the MVP because after OBJ went down the other two WRs were literally their 4th and 5th string WRs, and their TE was literally their third string TE. They had no other target.
But if 41 touchdown passes, 4860 yards and being number 3 in the league in air yards is "being along for the ride," what is less than half (20) as many touchdowns, more than ONE THOUSAND fewer passing yards, and being 24th in the league in air yards?
And you want to talk about Jimmy's clutch drives while ignoring the fact that Stafford's THREE post-season game winning drives hasn't been done by a QB since the 1960s? (and that's he's now FIFTH all time in 4th quarter comebacks, something you people dismissed last winter, and lo and behold he has THREE in the playoffs this season...)
Yeah, two words: Cognitive dissonance.

nothing but paragraphs of drivel and lies as usual. I never called Stafford "a loser",
maybe slightly overrated even back in Georgia and injury concerns, but he's always been good(no s**t) even if he's not some Brett Favre QB you like to claim he is.Only thing I claimed was that he was just on the outskirts of the best QBs, and thus is undeniably better than Jimmy. In fact I (and several others) said there was almost nothing that a QB does that Stafford isn't better at. And it's true. Sometimes it's marginally better. But it's better. Another thing I said is if you took Jimmy and gave him an elite arm, you'd have Stafford. That's not exactly true, because Stafford has a few other tricks (like the no-look passes). But it'd be close.
Back in that thread, one thing they said was that Jimmy was a better winner. On the surface, you might believe that. We pointed out that while Stafford never won in the post-season, his post-season stats were significantly better. We were told, "Well he's still a looser" -- and it was usually spelled like that too, unless I'm misremembering. Welp, not anymore. Now these people can't even use the "winner vs loser" argument, which was dumb to begin with, since winning is a team stat. Now, Stafford did what Jimmy couldn't — again — by actually completing the Super Bowl comeback drive.
What did Stafford really prove this year? That a good QB can win a super bowl when you surround him with the best roster money can buy?Yeah, no kidding. That's why we were hoping the 49ers traded for him, and were ecstatic when the news stories suggested we were the front runners. But of course we had the "he's a loser" crowd arguing against it when it should have been obvious.
Sure I'm salty, but only because I don't or ever will have a high opinion of the Rams. It's pretty sad that you and others seem to get joy from seeing a hated rival win a super bowl just so you can have your "ha ha told you so" moment for Matt Stafford to fans who support their starting QB,Their arrogance is why they deserve to be reminded of their arrogance. And there's a difference between supporting your starting QB and being oblivious about what he really is. You can ROOT for him, but you don't have to be delusional about him. It would be like fans saying we shouldn't have signed Ken Norton Jr. in 1994 because Mike Walter was a proven winner at linebacker. Come on...
and don't get me started on the "fans" who claim McVay> Shanahan back from 2018.Shanahan is clearly better than McVay. You'd never see Shanahan with such an uninspired running game that they average 1.9 yards per carry in the Super Bowl. Even though it was one of our worst games on the ground when we played them, we still had 4.3 yards per attempt.
