We've been having the hear for years from "fans" on this forum about how McVay gets better. He gets a couple of injuries and all of a sudden his offense can't function.

Trent Dilfer won a super bowl in 2000…
also Flacco wasn't carried in 2012, he had the playoff run of his life, with some luck to boot
then went back to being mediocre if not garbage.

Teams don't trade good tackles. Teams don't trade good Olinemen in general unless they are about to be a free agent that they can't afford to re-sign and are also out of contention for the playoffs.
