I hope the rams get knocked out. To be honest, they're a little worrisome to me.

i agree. they know us, good coach, good QB. week 2 was a tough game. I think LA is one of the bigger threats to SF in the NFC, if they sneak into the playoffs. That and they are kind of due for a win over us

Rams would play Detroit right now. That would be an awesome matchup.

It will be a very high scoring game with their defenses.

The key to stopping those two QBs is constant pressure. Neither one handles it well since neither is very capable of escaping the rush. Then you need to cover those underneath routes and tackle well. Sounds pretty basic but both of these guys can pick a defense apart if you don't pressure them. Drop them a few times and they get nervous in the pocket.

I kind of got sucked in to the narrative the analysts were spewing last night about the Rams being the team "nobody wants to see". Then I came to my senses and realized that they MUST have something good to say about the winning team who just may make the playoffs. SOSAR😎

You are absolutely right.
I don't remember where but I think I saw a stat that the QB with the biggest Drop off with either QBR or quarterback rating when not pressured vs. when pressured was Goff, and the the 2nd QB was Stafford, or vice versa! Lol
Both were top two!

I stopped wishing to see specific teams in the playoffs after jumping for joy when we were going to play the Ravens in the Superbowl. I thought that was the perfect path to success, and then we saw what happened.
Like I said, I'm not impressed by the Rams.

Neither have much capability of escaping that pressure either.

They'll just instruct their OL to Hold Hold and Hold!
