Hell, the 49ers are usually having to be at the top of their game in order to achieve those type of similar results.

-Philly was extremely injured playing them, especially their quarterback, so I don't know the point to saying they narrowly lost when the Eagles were playing prevent defense on that second to last drive up 13 points

"To have those kind of results" all the Niners had to do was be lucky, like playing the Bengals in the Super Bowl instead of the Chiefs, or Greenlaw not being injured in the SB, or Weston Richburg and DJ Jones, not being injured in the first Super Bowl. A ton of luck.

Adams is washed.

Brock had about 300 more total yards than Stafford last season in 1 fewer game and the same amount of TD passes. And a better QBR. Also had more total TD's since he had 5 rushing TD's and Stafford had zero. And Stafford didn't have near the injuries on the offense as Brock had.

He still put up 1k yards last season with all that dysfunction of the Raiders and Jets. With a stable QB and a better offensive coach he will definitely do better especially playing along side Puka.
