Unbelievable. Had the division locked up today too and blew it. After 10 years of top 10 defensive picks and still can't stop anyone.
They'll lose to Seattle now and give up the division.
Hell, we might beat them and completely knock them out of the playoffs.

Seattle won't win in Dallas with Zeke back. No Sherman Chancellor Bennett and probably Richardson is a huge wall to climb too for Seattle next week.
Far more likely to be 9-7 than win division. Of course there is always the chance the refs blow another huge call in Seattle.

The Rams aren't the most hate-able team since the Michael Irvin Cowboys like that loathsome Seattle team, so I think we can all enjoy that awesome @$$ kicking they pulled off yesterday.
BTW, there's a better than decent chance that the only thing the Rams will have to play for in Week 17 is maintaining the #3 seed vs. dropping to #4. If you're #4 and #3 also wins, you get to play Philly in the divisional round as opposed to what appears to be a stronger Minnesota team. Do you merely act like you're trying to win the Niners game so as to not motivate Philly (not to mention your wild card opponent) but still try to lose it nevertheless?
You'd either have to eventually play Minnesota anyway or you'd have to travel to New Orleans and you'd be giving up the chance at playing the NFC Championship at home if you somehow got past Minnesota in the divisional.
BTW, you can tell I don't think Philly has much of a chance against the Rams or the Saints.

If we continue trending upwards and I imagine the Rams do as well... these games could become epic as F***

It would be nice to have a real rivalry with the Rams again after these stupid distracting years with the Seahawks.

Teams and fan bases are just feeling each other out right now after two+ decades of the prodigal STL sojourn that shouldve never happened
It'll take something controversial like one team knocking out the other out of playoff contention, a dubious circumstances injury or multiple plundering of each other's players to truly reignite the rivalry...the TNF game this year was a prelude
In a couple weeks we get JG vs JG Episode I which hopefully becomes the next Brady vs Manning

It's not going to take anything at all - Rams fans hate the Niners. I expect a decent rivalry will be right back in action next year. Niners looking good.
