Gurley was a beast for me....won me the championship last year. This year...gonna try and draft Gurley and Mckinnon

The New York Giants have received several trade offers for receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and are listening, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

The Los Angeles Rams have made their first-round pick - No. 23 overall - available for such a deal, according to NFLN's Steve Wyche.

It seems weird that they are going all in now but it's understandable - new city, somewhat fickle fans, and a $5 billion project in the works that will need to sell some seats/PSLs.

We are in Year 2 of a six year project. We will be competitive this year but the pressure is on LA, not us. They have a two year window and then will need to pay Donald, Gurley, Goff, Peters, Suh and all the rest. If nothing else it'll be fun to watch.

Six years? No way. Two years should be plenty in this day and age and no coach has lasted more than four seasons under the Yorks.
With all that cap space they should be competitive in 2018 and serious contenders in 2019.

I like what the Rams are doing because I think it will make the Division better and force the Niners to stay on their toes. I think the league in general benefits from having strong divisions rather than having one team, like the Patriots for instance, dominating their Division year in and year out. McVay and Shanahan are both pretty young so this dance could be going on for a long time. We get Jimmy G. and they counter by picking up Peters and Talib. We work on improving the center of our line and they counter by signing Suh. People like to talk about the "rivalry" between Seattle and the Niners a few years ago but as I recall that was a case of Seattle mostly kicking our ass for the 4 years that Harbaugh was there. I think the Rams-Niners rivalry could be the real deal where each game is decided by one or two plays. Could make for some exciting football ahead. Go Niners!!

I am old so I have always seen the Rams as the rival and the Seahags still seem like an AFC team.

A strong renewal of the rivalry would be fun.

Six years? No way. Two years should be plenty in this day and age and no coach has lasted more than four seasons under the Yorks.

Cause Wade Phillips, a SB winning DC didn't think of that!

I think a big solution to beat the Rams would be to beef up our defense..

Prevent them from scoring.

Then, may the best offensive gameplan win!

Yeah, it's my concern too. A guy with that kind of attitude, that attitude might infect the whole team and a good portion of the team starts playing dirty. I hope not.
