We'll see how he's used in that offense. Dude was vastly underwhelming with the Pats outside of a few games. I watched most of their games since my family are all pats fans and they couldn't stand him. Key drops and some wtf moments...especially in the SB.

Theyll never replicate that offense they had with Moss

What does that have to do with Cooks playing like crap with the best QB in the game?

A first (no 23) and 6th for Cooks and a fourth. Two years in a row the guy's been traded for a 1st round pick.

He's a perennial near all-pro caliber receiver. It's not surprising that people would give up that much for him.

Yeah but he has gone from Brees to Brady to Goff......big downgrade at QB.

I don't like the trade for the Rams. Cooks was underwhelming with the pats. Felt like the quietest 1k season I can remember.
Talk about a great offseason.

Sheesh

This.
Rams would giving up way too much if the rumors are true. Cooks is a middle of the pack WR.

2017: Six games under 40 yards receiving, only two over 100 yards.....meh. Not a true #1.

To be fair, he had a 40 year old qb throwing him the ball.

By adding cooks it seemed like that offense was going to be explosive again but didn't because he played like crap. Was just saying they haven't gotten that WR since Moss.

How many draft picks do they have now? It feels like they've traded a lot of picks away.

They have a bunch but none til 23rd pick in the 3rd round. Gonna hope they get some late round gems. Here's hoping they draft nothing but training camp depth.

Cool thanks. Let's hope this is the "dream team" eagles all over again.
Cooks reminds me of Goodwin, but Cooks can't produce after having two HoF QB's.. Goodwin performed well with a future HoF.

Who was also MVP of the league.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Doesn't matter the age, still Tom Brady.

Easy to get MVP with weapons like Cooks helping you out.
He's not worth a 1st round pick even a late 1st but the Rams are in win now mode. I'm interested to see how all this plays out in the long run for Les Snead.

Some of comments in here are mind boggling, Cooks is an elite receiver. His production last season was decent and if you actually watched the games he was a difference maker. The patriots spread the ball around as much as any team in the league, not to mention he was used as a decoy quite a bit.

The rams have dominated the offseason to this point there is no doubt about that, regardless of how much anyone criticizes their additions.
