Good for him. It'll be interesting to see if Kocurek can take him to the next level (IMO he's not at his ceiling yet).

It's very difficult for a guy on his rookie contract who hasn't been on a winning team to get in, plain and simple. Cox was in his 3rd season too for his first pro bowl, bit the eagles went 10-6 that year. Hicks is in his 7th year and on a winning team getting his first pro bowl.
