No dumb idea. We need to stop moving players out of their natural position.

Agreed, keep DeFo at the 3T/DT spot, draft Bosa to be the other DE opposite Dee Ford, with AA/ST inside with Buckner.

you can't see it... but I'm drooling... 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Same here brother, the idea of Kwon, Warner, Dee, Bosa, Buck, and AA/ST on the front 7 gives me the tingles, completely new defense, with Sherman, Verrett and Witherspoon at CB, just need to lock down a FS for the future, maybe a Nasir Adderley, Taylor Rapp, Deionte thompson, Jonhnathan Abram, or Chauncey Gardner-Johnson in the draft. Or move Tarvarius Moore back to FS, I like our depth in the secondary, K'Waun, Reed, Harris, Colbert, Moore, just need a better FS, I know a lot are mad we didn't go after Earl or any FS, but I have a good feeling this defense will be much improved.

Offensively, we need another WR, to go with Pettis to be a our 1-2 combo, we're set at RB, need a 2nd TE also for the future. And of course depth on the OL.

Edit: Forgot the emergence of DJ Jones at NT will help.

If we're planning on playing wide 9 Buckner at edge is going to be a disaster.
Don't forget about Day and Street. They could possibly disrupt the gameday starting roster or be part of a trade package. So let's just "wait and see".

I think it was only an idea due to the success Campbell had as a big end in the Jags scheme and our lack of edge rushers. The move to wide 9 all but eliminates the possibility. More than that, adding Ford and possibly Bose closes the door with authority.
DeFo, Kittle, and JG are the only players I am excited to watch in 2019. These guys should make an impact in the NFL, not just on the team.

If the deal was for obj for buck straight up I would have considered making the trade. If the giants wanted more then no. Buck is good but Obj is probably the best wr in the game if used correctly.

I mean I don't necessarily agree. But it's not like this is a hot take. It was widely reported the Niners included Buckner in their offer for Mack.

Seeing as this is the 1st I have ever heard of that, no it was not "widely reported". Have a link or just trolling?

Just trolling, it would appear.

I actually remember seeing it posted a few months ago. It was Jay Glazer who claimed it. Just a rumor though.

Correct.

Add Dee Ford to this list and I agree!

I find it a little hard to believe that lynch or Kyle didn't have the authority to "make" the DC or position coach play S Thomas in his natural position the last 2 years, and playing him on the edge and stunting his growth his 1st two years should have been stopped after year one.

So Can I ask what makes you believe that they will play S Thomas in his natural position now?

Day is a base down 1 tech and although I like him ultimately a JAG.

My assumption with Street since they drafted him is that they're hoping he's AA's replacement after this year.
I think i am ready to take Nick Bosa.

After all this thinking on what we should take, whether we should take another DL or not since we got Dee Ford.

Clear answer is yes. If he's there we take him. Solidify this DL even more.

i think it would be awesome if street beats him out in camp this year. the coaches seem to have some ill explained love affair with aa so even if street has a great pre season. aa most likely stays
