Wouldn't have both Ceedee Lamb and Buckner on this team.

That's right. All twisted around with all the damn trades. I wonder what we could have gotten for Armstead. Probably a 3rd rounder? Anyway what's the point at this point.

I'm an Armstead endorser, can't expect a Nick Bosa every 1st round pick Armstead isn't a game changer but a more than good piece that flourished with talent around him, y'all act like he's another Solomon Thomas.

That being said trading an all pro in Buckner in exchange to save a bit more cap and an unproven rookie was a poor decision. The verdict is still out Kinlaw could grow into a pro bowler, I'll take two Armsteads over one Buckner.
Armstead must have the widest gap between "PFF" ratings and the eye test of watching him play I've ever seen. He just looks slow as mollassas. He's a solid in run support but watching him play the edge is painful.
The Indianapolis Buckner's are 0-2.

Not his fault, and they have TEN next week too, could be 0-3. They might be one of those in the playoffs, out of the playoffs the next year given how strong the AFC is.

I don't know that anyone would've traded for a franchised Armstead, which is only way they could've traded him.

Especially since Wentz might be out now.

I think someone would've bit. Guy playing inside and out with 10 sacks? Stock was high after 2019.

At the franchise tag rate to start negotiating? That doesn't happen often
Jimmy/Armstead for Buckner/Their LB + 1 cb
Buckner Vs Mack and Brunskill. Yeah this is gonna be bad

Nothing considering they didn't use the franchise tag on him. They re-signed Armstead the first day of free agency.
