the o line. no matte rthe position was a glaring area of need. team has some confidence in trent brown as this was not a tackle ? i understand how badly we treat our players and give them headaches but that is the way i see it anyway

i agree.. i was always hoping we would go d line and o line with the first two picks and then qb. but who knows maybe there is another d line guy or linebacker we love in round three which will put off the qb till four?

We drafted arguably the best defensive lineman and arguably the best guard today.

People are criticizing what we gave up, but we swapped a 6th for a 7th, and our 2nd for their 1st. That said, we truly "only" gave up a 4th round pick for a player that can start day-1.

I love this move.

We traded up from 37 (our 2nd rounder) to 28 (the Chiefs 1st rounder). The cost of those 9 spots in draft position was a 4th round pick (plus exchanging our 6th for the Chiefs 7th).
