Recall in the off-season, Benton said Garnett was in the mix to start potentially over Person. No one else has played well enough in games to have anything of the like said about them. He has to stay healthy. The talent did show up last year when he had a chance to play. Just gotta stay on the field. Like the other poster did the other day, I am praying Garnett can safely make it through the season and have a positive impact for us.
I'm hoping that our starting OL against KC is Staley-Tomlinson-Person-Garnett-McGlinchey this time. No reason Garland or Toran should EVER be on the field with the starting unit with Person and Garnett healthy.
