When Baalke drafted Blair, my first thought was he was a typical Seattle pick. I see him as a jack-of-all-trades player, good at whatever he does. Coaches love guys like him because of their tenacity and versatility. He should be a key member of our DL.

I remember McShay having a hardon for Blair and when we got him he couldn't believe he dropped that far.

I love him even more. Imagine if we drafted Billings instead of that loser LSU corner.

I've heard nothing but good things about Robinson so far...press man CB> NT especially when we have Dorsey and Dial who can man the position until Williams comes back.

I don't think we need anymore D-linemen.

We will need a NT in two years, if not this year. We all know that Williams and Dorsey will be injured this year. And a team should always draft looking two years down the road. NT will be a problem by 2018 and not drafting Billings in the 4th will bite Baalke in the butt IMO.
s**t never stop drafting d line or o line

baalke keeps drafting injured CB's ....
Cmon pdizo, give Robinson a shot.. This guy as a true freshman I believe was going at it toe to toe with Mike Evans.

What if our depth at NT was different around draft, believe they thought he'd be able to go. Plus Purcell continues to improve, Dial is solid and Dorsey sounds like he's making his way back. Only a two down position, were fine though I get Billings could be that great NT space hog. Though most likely, wouldn't have been this year so we'll see.

I'll give anyone a chance, especially if they're going to improve the team. But what I read about Robinson is that he's physically weak and he hasn't played much at all. He's extremely raw. You don't take a chance on a kid who got in trouble (allegedly) , is incredibly raw, and inexperienced in the 4th round USUALLY.

This screams Baalke pick=raw and a high bust factor. It makes me mad that Billings, who could help our team this year despite being only a two down player, was still on the board. He is "more proven" and could have made an impact this year.
can we keep the issue on Mr. Blair-witch Project??

How's he doin???

did he make a great play yet??

Meant our NT depth was looked at differently around draft cause I don't think they thought Ian would be out for he year. Like I said doe, even without Ian we still have Dorsey(I know, coming back from injury),Purcell/Dial who those two alone IMO can get the job done.

I understand doe, were deep at CB so why take a risk on Robinson when we coulda went more safe with Billings who can turn out to be baby Ted Washington.

I personally, like the risk... Can't say it enough and I'm sorry if I'm busting your balls, time will tell. It's true doe! This season will be one of the biggest "show me,pay me or bye-bye".
