IMO, the season is done and we need to get our young guys as much experience as we can.

As long as we can get a 1 or a 2 or a 3 pick in the draft - I don't care if we lose the rest of the games.

I don't consider myself a defeatist but IMO it's time for some drastic and monumental chage.

If Jed is at the helm - we won't get it.

If Trent remains - we're toast for the next 5 years.

ANF I have zero confidence in Chip.

I don't have answers that will create any miracles.

Just some radical ideas that probably won't work either.

#1 - Denise York needs to orchestrate a "Hostile" takeover and send Jed to the woodshed.

#2 Fire Trent and reorganize the FO

#3 Play as many young guys as possible to see what we really have and then cull the herd

# 4 Make an action plan for the future

All Denise has to do is snap her fingers and she can get rid of Jed. If he, we're myvson I would "promote" him and out him in charge if the family car wash.

I wonder if having all three of those young guys on the DL at the same time is what's causing huge holes. They may not understand why "Doing your job" is more important than trying to make big plays.

Anyone notice how Blair did against AZ? I watched the game at a sports bar so it was tough to see who was on the DL at any given time. I see he played 30 snaps out of 79, a decent amount. But I only remember seeing him in a handful of times from my vantage point.

he's playing very well for a rook.

We have alot of depth at DE with DeFo, Armstead, Dial and Blair. We don't need that bum TJE at all anymore

Chris Jones, we picked him up a week or two ago. I actually saw him hold his own when he was in. didnt get pushed back too much

But i agree. I cant believe the coaching staff hasnt elevated Rush to the roster and see what he can do. We know carradine is no good, so we might as well see what Rush can do in limited time. Time to start prepping for next year

Have we even tried Tank in rushing off the edge? It seems like he's used in one package and that is always to just drop back and cover somebody 20 yards down the field. I ask b/c it seems like even if we did bring up Rush, would O'Neil just have him do the same thing? It may be that Harold/Tank are poor at pass rushing mixed in with limited TRUE opportunities from the true pass rush position (WILL).

Jones is a LDE playing for Dial (who was hurt). And thank God too b/c if it wasn't him playing and playing well, it would be TJE starting instead.
