He's 290 why would you ever move him to olb? He's potentially the 3rd best lineman on the team.

49ers.com has him at 270. NFL.com at 284. Doesn't look that big to me and has that quick twitch you'd like to see your OLB/DL have.

He's taken some snaps at OLB, I don't think it's a bad idea if he's made some progress behind the scenes to groom him to play OLB on run downs and slide inside on pass rush downs.
We need to run a hybrid just go get this man in the field. Good things happens when he plays
I think we should hire FISHER as DC and get back to the 4-3 scheme... The Blair Witch Project really reminds me of John Randle.

and below is how our front seven will look like..

(LE) GARRETT (LDT) BUCKNER (RDT) DORSEY (RDE) BLAIR

(WLB) RAY RAY (MLB) BOWMAN (SLB) INGRAM

(LCB) ROBINSON (RCB) WARD

(SS) TARTT

In a handful of games this guy has shown he is what AA should have been. He's got a motor and ability he could develop into something if he can finally earn some playing time with this stupid coaching staff.

Garrett and Ingram scream 3-4 lol. If we did go 4-3 we wouldn't sign Ingram.

Doesn't A&M play a base 4-3?

He is 270 just like Aaron Lynch

Just because ELI is in down position, this doesn't make it a 4-3..

In fact, one would read this as 5 - 2 even before reading it as a 4-3..

When you talk about the 4-3 defense, you talk about FOUR DL with 3 LBS lining up behind them..
No, he's not 270 lbs. once again, the 49er website is wrong. Whichever nerd was responsible for setting up the player profiles messed his up.

Blair's combine weight was 284, and jim O'Neil confirmed TODAY that his most recent weigh in was in the 280s.

Lol ok then his wiki is wrong too, what do you think Lynch is playing at since he is listed at 270 also?

It's called a 4-3 under. This is a common 4-3 front. Defo confirmed today that O'Neil's scheme is predominantly a one gap scheme.

uhmmm,

you may wanna learn this.. or maybe, write this on your board, anywhere on the wall about 100x..

when there are 3 DL listed on the field, with 4 LBs supporting them, it is called a 3-4 scheme!!

that "4-3 under" you're talkin about is just a freakin formation that they line up.. it's just like the old 46D of the Bears.. you see everyone lining up on scrimmage, but bottom line, they have the 4 DL and 3 LBs (Wilbur; Mike; Otis)..

'YOU THINK YOU KNOW, BUT YOU DON'T KNOW, WHAT YOU REALLY DON'T KNOW IS WHAT YOU KNOW "

for someone who spams across the forum and spews off at the mouth, you don't know very much about football. lmao

"freakish formation" lmao

HOW MANY LBs DO YOU SEE??
