Buck looks lean as well but Arik is looking really jacked now that he leaned out from post surgery and since he couldn't lift much in the upper body he's been getting his legs right.. semi good news. Back to Blair, he's looking good.

i agree. Its crazy to think of him as an interior guy. Saw a picture of him and he looks like a LB out there. Crazy to think of his size to strength ratio. I think he will the edge on 3rd downs

Blair has a much better shot than Tank and Harold , Blair could get snaps at both end spots, and can be kicked inside as an interior pass rusher on 3rd and long situations , Tank and Harold failed to lock down those spots last season , Blair obviously applied more pressure as a pass rusher

Blair is going nowhere. Not only is he a good player, but he's a John Lynch guy: High motor, high effort, and high character.

If you're unaware of his injury story at App st, I highly suggest you look into it. Ronald Blair is a bad mofo.
