I think they both make the roster.
Can't go with just 2 QBs when there are so many question marks at the position.
Why do I feel Kaep and what he is doing is his way to get out from under the 49ers. Don't play well and do something controversial and finally get the release he had been seeking all along. Hope I am wrong.

LETS GO!!!
Love your name player... Driskel has a great chance to start next year. With Chip well finally start seeing SOME guys after a year,or two, or three emerge as they master their craft and gain experience.
That's too much sauce. Ayyyy.

Suspect awareness. Green rookie behavior; cant depend on that in any way.

Well, at least he has a good shot of clearing waivers and staying on the PS

Feet are horrible when he throws. Really needs to dig that base in and put more zip on the ball. Terrible decision-making as well this last game.

He definitely runs the read option smoothly though.

He's got no arm and horrible mechanics. Major project who is probably headed to the PS.

Hey Rome wasn't built in 1 day. I still think the kid could develop eventuality. Best case scenario is stash him on the ps N let him compete next off season.

1. He has a good arm. 2. His mechanics aren't horrible. 3. His decision making needs MAJOR work (not shocking for a 6th round pick).

Cut and sign to PS, please. Gabbert, Kap, Ponder should be on the roster.

I like him, but if we're keeping 3 QBs on the 53 I'd rather have Ponder. I'd like Driskel on the practice squad. He's been good, not great. And last night was terrible. So I have to imagine given his draft status -- he can make it through waivers.
