lol, this.

In real life this dude is just going to be another Michael Vick or Kaepernick if he doesn't improve his passing skills. A whole lot of fun and highlights for a couple of years before the league catches up with his general inability to throw from the pocket.

Dam! That is an NFL arm right there!

Plus the speed and the swag! He is going to light the NFL up in the right situation. Imagine him in K. Shanahan's offense with some real WR's and TE's?!!!!!

No, just like this.

Winning a Heisman and being able to throw into giant college passing windows doesn't say much about your ability as a passer at the next level. Jackson lacks accuracy and awareness as a pocket passer, he can get away with it and dominate at the college level, at the next level it will catch up to him if he doesn't improve.

Kyle Boller and JaMarcus Russell had NFL arms too. The NFL draft bust graveyard is littered with QB's that had "really strong arms." Having a "really strong arm" or an "NFL arm" means little if you don't have the accuracy to go along with.

At this point in time I do agree that Lamar Jackson could be a hell of an NFL RB if he just added a few pounds.

Did you see that ball placement? He is very accurate, and he still has a year to tighten up his game for the NFL #SCARY!

Nah, his all around abilities as a passer/runner makes him a different type of prospect. He threw for a ton of yards this past season so I don't get the inaccurate passer idea when it pertains to LJ. He will be a #1 overall pick when he comes out.

A different type of prospect in that other QBs are good at passing the football and he's mostly just good at running with it.

If this was a Hawaii Warriors forum and we were talking about what QB I'd like, Lamar Jackson would definitely be my number 1. But um as a 49er I don't want him anywhere near San Francisco (or Santa Clara). Horrible mechanics, horrible footwork and most of all RUNNING QB!!!

I saw a lot of running and throwing to wide open wr's

No there are a handful of really good throws in the HIGHLIGHT video. In the HIGHLIGHT video he looks like he can do both all day. Couple of plays he ran the ball he had a guy 10+ yards standing wide open he could have easily dumped it off to rather than risk getting injured. The back shoulder pass was a really nice pass. Why didn't he have more of those in the season? That dart he threw on the skinny post was a thing of beauty the offensive coordinator should have called that more often. But yeah the HIGHLIGHT video was fun to watch....

With Jackson at the helm you don't need ALL PRO O-linemen either since his feet are so quick.

The kid has it all! #RUN&GUN

He'll be a pretty good NFL RB no doubt.

I was being sarcastic cause it is a highlight video. I'm sure they called skinny posts and back shoulder passes multiple times with him but he probably threw a junk pass.
