Were people actually watching last night?
Green Bay did to him what the 49ers did to Rodgers earlier this season. He was getting pressure up the middle and from the edges constantly all game long. Clark and the Smiths were living in the Minnesota backfield
No QB will function well when they are continually under siege from the moment the ball is snapped. That is an awful feeling that will break a team's morale and the spirit of the fanbase. Minnesota knew what was coming snap after snap and were powerless to stop that Packers pass rush. Cousins wasn't even getting to his last step before having to bail throughout much of the second half.
That 4th quarter was brutal. The few times that Cousins did have time to throw, it was due to an OL holding on for dear life and ultimately getting a flag thrown.
Just a dominant, suffocating performance from a Packers defense that was clearly at the top of their game.

Cousins would be a lot better with shanny as well. I'm happy with Jimmy but I think we would be ok with cousins too

Seems like what you get with Cousins is a guy who will play well and give some really solid stats but doesn't look like the guy you want in super clutch situations.
Jimmy doesn't have his numbers but in clutch time, you want him as your qb.
I'll take jimmy but still wish cousins the best

People strangely seem to want to bash Cousins for stuff that is out of his control. I'm not sure what he could have done differently last night or what most other QBs could have done better considering how fast Green Bay's pass rush was getting home.
It wasn't a matter of a QB struggling under pressure ala Goff but a QB not having the time to get to their second read because of how quickly he was pressured time and time again.
Maybe if you had a Lamar Jackson back there, someone with an outstanding elusiveness but any pocket passer was getting demolished behind that crap OL.
One minute and 44 seconds showcasing Za'Darius Smith absolutely wrecking last night's game against the Minnesota Vikings pic.twitter.com/VZfTMfvVoe

The Packers defese ia ranked 18th in total D, they are not like the 49er defense. Kirk Cousins had a typical Monday night and a typical game against a team with a winning record. He just doessn't win those games.
